Judy joined Dynamic Fitness in June of 2011 after already making some lifestyle changes. Upon coming to Dynamic Fitness, she found she fell in love with fitness and soon became one of our favorite instructors. She added triathlete to her resume as well! Great job Judy, you're inspiration to everyone!

I met Becky in 2011 when she was ready to make a change in her life. I remember that first day.....she walked on the treadmill at a 3.5 for 5 minutes and her heart rate shot to 150+. Today you can find Becky running half marathons and a regular at ALL classes we have at Dynamic Fitness! Yeah Becky!

Its hard to think one of our favorite instructors ever looked anything other than the way she does now! She came to us a regular at Zumba classes but added in resistance training and found the results she was looking for! Now she is a great role model for everyone who comes to her class. Super proud of you Nikki!

Before I began my healing process at Dynamic Fitness I was on 5 medications prescribed for anxiety, PTSD, depression and ADHD. Since I started almost 3 years ago I have dropped all 5 medications and 30 lbs. I focus on eating clean healthy food and have committed to attending a class at least 3 times per week. I have never felt more balanced in my life. Not only do I enjoy a great work out experience but I have also accumulated a second family! Dynamic Fitness is a place where you can leave all your worries outside the door and just focus on healing you!

When I started Dynamic I exercised because I "had to". Now I exercise because I Want to! I started out barely surviving a Zumba class, then, when I was able to, I had the confidence to sign up for my first 5K race. I figured that if I could survive 45 minutes of Zumba, I could survive a 3.1 mile jog, and I did!
