Cardio Boxing
Cardio Boxing
A cardio workout using combinations and focus mitts as well as strength exercises to provide a total body workout.
Strength
Strength
This class focuses on strengthening and toning your arms, legs and core using resistance bands, stability balls, weights and your own body weight.
Bootcamp/Tabata
Bootcamp/Tabata
Interval training using cardio and strength training exercises. Classes are never the same workout twice! Tabata - a fast paced 30 minute workout consisting of eight sets of each exercise in a 20 second on/10 second rest format. Exercises are both cardio and resistance in nature.
Yoga
Yoga
A flowing yoga practice that emphasizes strength and flexibility. Yoga Level 1 - is a less rigorous yoga practice emphasizing stretching and restorative poses.
Zumba
Zumba
A fitness party!!! A mix of Latin and other International music with easy to follow steps that make working out feel like a fitness party!
Kick it Up
Kick it Up
A fast paced cardio workout incorporating kickboxing combination. No contact in this class.
